Alright, so we come to the question that everyone always seems to ask in the world of supplements: Is this a scam? Does D-Bal work for real or is it just some over-hyped piece of crap?
The simple answer is……NO…..it’s not a scam! It really does work! The overall effectiveness of the product and how fast your muscles get bigger can be quite subjective though.
On paper, D-Bal is a great product. The BCAAs it contains have definitely been shown to help with protein synthesis which eventually leads to muscle growth. It’s always important to understand that when it comes to supplements, there’s really 3 outcomes: something bad happens to your body, nothing happens to your body, and good stuff happens to your body.
Very rarely will something bad happen to your body. Most supplement manufacturers are regulated pretty well. It may not sit too well in your stomach or might give you a brief stomach ache, but most of the time nothing really bad happens…..unless you’re silly enough to try something you’re allergic to.
With some supplements nothing may happen to your body. You may not notice any effect at all. This, however, can be pretty deceiving. Sometimes the supplement is actually working in your body, but you just don’t notice the effect. Or, perhaps you might notice the effect, but it just might be after 5 months of consistently taking it. I truly believe that the concept of “noticing an effect” on your body, can certainly be a gray area in the world of health. Certain supplements like pre-workouts will give an obvious effect on the body, but for most other supplements, it’s a lot less obvious.
To be quite honest, with bulking supplements like D-Bal, which will assist your muscle growth, you might not notice it working in your body even if it is having a very strong positive effect. For me personally, I really didn’t feel any different until about 2-3 weeks of consistently taking it. No, I didn’t get SUPER JACKED up, nor did I feel like the Incredible Hulk when I hit the gym. The one noticeable effect I felt was that my abs felt just slightly tighter. Strange? Yeah…a little. I gotta admit, it wasn’t exactly the result I was expecting, but hey, who would complain about having tighter stomach muscles, eh?
I’m definitely not saying that everyone will get tighter abs after taking a hit of D-Bal; that just happens to be one little difference I personally felt when I started taking it. The bottom line is this: like a lot of good bulking supplements out there, D-Bal is not a scam. It also is not a steroid or instant-super-hero-serume. It’s a supplement that has the potential to help with your muscle growth. You may love it. You may hate it. You may be somewhere in between that love and hate. My best tip is to try it yourself for 3 to 6 months and see if it really is the closest thing to legal steroids we’ve got! Hope you enjoyed my D-Bal Review and peace out!

There are sites saying that your product D ball is a scam, I am skeptical in trying your problem come because of all the bear publicity of being a fraud with the product d

Yeah, there’s a fair amount of criticism for the product. It’s really up to you. I think the reason people feel as though it’s a scam is because it’s NOT an actual steroid. The CrazyBulk brand names their supplements very similarly to popular steroids. Can it be considered borderline deceptive? Potentially. At the end of the day, D-Bal is a muscle-building supplement. Is it worth your time and money? It really depends on your goals and your budget.
